My parents went to Barnes Crossing Hyundai for me & found a 2024 Hybrid Tuscan with 9,300 miles on it. We worked out a trade for mine & I was able to finance the rest of my payments. A gentleman & his wife drove my new vehicle to me over 200 miles away, filled it up with gas, & delivered it to me. They took my older Tuscan & drove it back to Tupelo. Now that's amazing service & I couldn't have asked for more.
Obviously my google account doesn’t display my real name or photo because, well, it’s google. But I very recently purchased a 23’ Hyundai Santa Cruz from Roy here at Barnes Crossing. I’m from out of state, (TN), and found the listing through Visor.vin (great website btw). Roy and the team at Barnes Crossing had the 25th best deal in the entire nation for my desired model and trim and easily the best within a 300 mile radius. They gave me a fair deal on my high-mileage Mazda CX-5 and were exceedingly helpful in organizing a sales price that made sense for my desired budget. No mess. No fuss. Despite obviously contacting dealerships nearer to me (about 10 dealerships to be honest), Roy’s price was the fairest from the very beginning. They even organized to have the car delivered to my house some 7 hours away! I’ll update the review with photos upon delivery, but 10/10 for the sale. :) Update: The car was delivered to my house safely some 7 hours away from the dealership in Tupelo. Our driver was named Jimmy, he was a great guy who made the paperwork quick and easy while also helping to explain everything concisely. I love my new car! It even came with all-weather floor mats which are great! I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a car make a call to Barnes Crossing Hyundai and Mazda!
Very nice and not pushy, makes sure you are completely happy with your purchase and know all the ins and outs of it. Celena Ham is the absolute best! I’m from out of town and this is the second time she’s helped me into a vehicle! Wouldn’t want to go or see anyone else!
